Camping

Several of the National Parks offer camping, including Cotopaxi, Sangay, Yasuni, El Boliche. Bring your own camping equipment.

 

Inland

Ecovita -organic camping and farm at Pallantanga on the road between Guayaquil and Riobamba.

Sillagoto Camping -botanical garden and camping at Pallatanga off the route from Riobamba to Guayaquil.

Tambopaxi Acclimatisation Centre -north of the vast Limpiopungo within Cotopaxi National Park, there is a designated camping site where campers are treated to a spectacular mountain views and can enjoy the occasional company of Llamas.

 

Coast

Sundown Inn -camping and travel lodge at Canoa Beach in Manabi.

Playa Escondida -rustic cabins set in tropical foliage in a remote setting in Esmeraldas Province.

 

Galapagos
